Booking & Scheduling
- Appointments are confirmed once we respond to your request with a scheduled date and time.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other conditions that would compromise service quality.
Pricing & Payment
- All quotes are provided based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from what was described.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, accessible location for our mobile unit to operate.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service.
- Disclose any known vehicle damage or issues prior to service.
Liability
Kovlak Detailing & Ceramics is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle and property during service. However:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or mechanical issues.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
